Unable to process the SAML WebSSO request Unable to get model operator

Hi There,

 

I was trying to implement Excercise from LSA v8 course, where I am using SAML to Authenticate Operators and OpenAM as the identity provider. I have configured identity provider and service provider.

Now, when I launch  'http://localhost:1100/prweb/PRAuth/PegaSAML' , I am able to see login page of 'ForgeRock' but when I enter user ID and password, then its throwing error - Unable to process the SAML WebSSO request : Unable to get model operator 

 

Did anyone face this issue? Suggestions are much appreciated!
