Seems like you are searching with the wrong name(searching with pzShowInternalLibrary as per screenshot in the question). I am able to see the result.

Thanks for the reply, I verified the rule which is present in the given RSV, but the search isn't picking up.PFA
After revalidating(BulkValidateSave) the records in a locked ruleset it's picking up
