Forgot Password Requestor Problem
Hello When restoring a password, if user idle and do not enter any data in the fields: "One-time password", "New password" and "Confirm password", and after 2 minutes trying to change the password, I get an error (File Error)
A record about a user with id none disappears in the Requestors list (also after 2 minutes) (Files "Before 2min" and "After 2min") Please tell me what could be the problem and how can it be solved?

Hi,
This is due to the default 1 min timeout set on unauthenticated requestors. This same as the below issue but you don't need a Hotfix as in Pega 7.3.1 as I could see it's included in 7.4 onwards.
Include the below prconfig XML setting to specify a timeout in minutes for unauthenticated users. (Requires a JVM restart)
<env name="timeout/requestor/shortlived" value="xx"/> (where xx - timeout in minutes)
