Preparation for Forgot password functionality
Hi,
I am trying to use Forgot password functionality but I am getting below error - "This system has not yet been properly configured for resetting of passwords. Please contact your system administrator."
I have done SMTP setting but it is still complaining. What exactly should I do to make this work?

You need to do two things to get this to work:
(1) Enable Security Policy (Org & Security > Authentication > Security Policies)
(2) Set Email account for sending OTP
Also, make sure each operator ID has its email address so OTP can be sent out from STMP server.

One correction. You don't need to do (1). (2) is the only required settings. "Other policies" is outside of Security Policy settings.
