Unable to position the busy indicator for expandable rows for table

We are using the grid layout, on click of the record we are calling the flow action, but the busy indicator is running only in that particular section. we are unable to position the busy indicator to the harness.

I think the busy indicator will be shown automatically based on the content size and loading speed.
