Cancel Button Functionality for Wrap up
Hello!
I need to build a Cancel button for the Wrap up to end it's Work flow, without closing the Phone Interaction.
I was trying to check if by adding an action and event would work or something that pega already provides but it closes the entire phone Interaction... And then I have to search for the customer again..

Do you want to submit the flow without wrapping up the interaction and come back to 360 view?
If yes, we can finish the assignment of wrap up, but we do need to make post-processing Data transform and Activity do not execute when Cancel is clicked.

Hi Kanap! Thank you for the quick reply, you mean run a local action? or do you mean an action and event on the button. To first run a Data Transform or Activity and then finish the assignment?

I mean to say, if you have set up some flag to check if we are in the wrap-up screen, then on click of Cancel Button configure a Data Transform(in this reset the flag which is set previously for wrap up) and Finish assignment.
In the post-processing activity and Data Transform of this flow action, exit those when wrap up flag is not true.

Hi Kanap,
I am having a problem regarding using a flow action, it will always show the a second step where it requires me to click on the submit button to close the wrap up.
This is the second step where it requires me to click on submit to continue.
Is there anyway I can click on the cancel button without the need of a flow action; where I can click on the cancel button and close the wrap up process? Or if the only option I have is the flow action, then is it possible not have a second step where you will need to click submit to close the wrap up?
The required meant is to click on cancel button and go straight to Customer 360 view.

On click of a Cancel, can we do setTicket and call the ticket which is on the 360 view.
