Exception Handling using OOTB rules

We need route the case to Broke process Queue if any error related to backend system(service not available, Database is not accessable).

do we have any OOTB rules to handle this case?

If you are calling service from an activity, then we can use "StepStatusFail" when rule in Jump condition of that step to check if that step is failed and add necessary steps to route to Broken queue.
