Reading Data from an excel file and saving it to a Data table in Pega

Hi I have a requirement like business will place an excel file in a location with 4 columns and more than 100 rows with data.The requirement is to read the data from excel file and store it in a data table in Pega.

i think file listener can be used here if so kindly tell me procedure to configure a file listener what all things are to be configured and how to read the data from the excel file using listener so that it can be saved in the data table.

kindly give me the detailed steps if possible as i am new to listener configuration
