Urgency Icon Color

I would like this icon to turn Orange when past Goal and Red when past Deadline, precisely.

 

I am getting Yellow regardless if it is 2 weeks prior to Deadline or 1 week after.

 

Are there specific values I should use within the SLA Configuration Record? Please Advise.

Hi Paul,

 

Color in the urgency will be assigned based on the urgency value configured in your application. Use live UI and get the section where it is represented. DO changes in the selected section by based on your SLA requirement
