Rejection functionality on a button
Hi All, I am new to PEGA and self learning it with the help of a mini project of Loan Approval case.
I need a functionality of Rejection by clicking a button,Whenever the user clicks that button the case should jump to an alternate stage named Approval Rejection and also all the assignments of Approval that are assigned to other operators should get cancelled.This approval flow is in Data class that's why I am not able to add an approval shape directly.

I have tried using pxChangeStage activity and refreshing the harness, but the Change Stage activity doesn't seems to be working and also I am not able to figure out how to delete other pending assignments.

Approach 1:
You can use the tickets for this requirement.
Configure the ticket on SendEmail shape which is in the Approval Rejection stage.
Use OOTB activity setTicket on button click and pass ticket name as parameter.
Approach 2:
Call OOTB activity pxForceCaseClose and pass case status as a parameter.
For sending an email you can any OOTB activity SendSimpleEmail.
In this case, all open assignments will be closed and do not need to use the alternate stage.
