Request Connections at Nodes
Hi,
Please find attachment,
Currently we are upgraded to Pega 8.2.2
In higher environment we facing as issue related to requestor disconnected in requestor node list. As they are suppose to be removed from the list.
Can anyone know how to fix this issue.

If the higher environment uses SSO or any custom authentication for the disconnected users(requestors), I would recommend you to log one SR and provide artefacts to check this behaviour.
- Issue screenshot.
- Actual users impacted from their web session or being redirected?
- Consistently observed?
- Difference between lower & high environments
User disconnections can happen for various reasons like LogOff, Connection failures, Passivation cleanup, Custom Authentication time outs etc..
Lot of parameters & trends needs to evaluated and thorough analysis can help us determine the reason.

Thanks for the reply,
The issue is the visibility of disconnected users in requestor management at higher environments.
Even though the user are log off from the environments more than a week but still it the disconnected users are visible in requestor management.

Hi Karimulla,
MasterForRequestors daemon is responsible for cleanup of stale requestors and also need to validate if user are going through a proper LogOff action which ideally should remove the requestor from the requestors list.
Request you to create one SR with the above artifacts and get it investigated. The scope of helping on this issue may not possible over a post.
