The Specified winHLLAPI function (WinHllApi) could not be found in WinHLLAPI dll

When trying to launch a text adapter created on the Cail-CTT terminal for interrogation, I get the error mentioned in the title. I followed the steps in this page http://help.openspan.com/71/Text_Adapters/Cail_CTT.htm to set it up, although since we have the x64 version, the dll name was thllw3.dll, not thllw6.dll. I made sure to also validate the Session Name so that shouldn't be the problem. Any idea what could be the issue? We're on v8.0.2021 of the plug-in if that matters

You might try using Process Explorer to confirm the dll that is loaded. Once you launch it there is an option to View Dlls. You can then see if that DLL is in the list of ones it has loaded. If that is the correct DLL. then you should open a support request and record the SR number in this post.
