My Training Courses are not loaded under Training in PDN

On click of My Training > Training courses are not loaded. I'm facing this issue intermittently.

I can't access my current courses. PFA for more details.

Please perform the following in order:

 

  • Log out of current Pega Academy sessions
  • Close all active browser tabs/windows
  • Completely clear browser cache and cookies
  • Restart browser and retry access to the course again from https://academy.pega.com/dashboard/online
  • If issue persists try a different browser brand or start an Incognito session in Chrome and try again
