I don't think we support installing Pega PE on MacOS natively. You can use virtualization to run guest windows OS using Mac as a host.

Please install VMWare fusion and use Pega Lite Instance provided in the CLSA course to access Pega 7.3/7/4

The only way to achieve this is to run a supported OS in a virtual environment and install Pega into it.
