Server crashes while saving the complex section
Hi,
Thread dumps are creating while saving or while checking in the section. For example if I am trying to customize the "pyActionAreaButtons" section the moment I am saving the section, server hangs and it is not available for access. This is causing only when we are modifying the complex sections.
I could not able to find any information in the pegaLogs and alerts logs for investigation.
Can you please let me know, what could be the cause of the issue.

You can try enabling more specific loggers using System > Operations > Logs.
- First navigate to the desired rule and select Actions > View Java
- Copy the logger found on the line that contains “oLog” (bold text below),
private static final LogHelper oLog = new LogHelper("Rule_HTML_Section.pyActionArea.Work_.Stream")
3. Within the Logs -> Logging level settings page enter the logger then pick your Logging level. To achieve the greatest coverage select “All”
In general, most logs can be loaded into a tool available through the Pega Exchange called PegaRules Log Analyzer.
