Max concurrent chats by operator rather than queue
Is there a way in pega 8.2.1 to set the max chats based on operator skill basis? example if Agent A is fully trained they can accept 5 concurrent chats, but Agent B who is training can only accept 3 concurrent chats.
if not in 8.2.1 is there a higher version of pega that this is possible?
