Need to hide green tick mark of navigationtree
We use screen flow and set TreeNavigation7 on harness of start shape. OOTB TreeNavigation shows green tick mark when we move the screen but we want to hide it.
Is there any way to hide them?

You can achieve that by adding the below code snippet in UserWorkForm rule:
<style>
.ScreenFlowTree li > a.success:before {
border-bottom: 0px !important;
border-right: 0px !important;
}
</style>

I have a similar requirement in my project as well. I need to remove ticks in the tabbed screenflow. Could you please share the script which i need to add in userworkform.

Follow the idea provided by Monica.
First inspect the ticks (right click on the tick mark -> inspect )
You'll be able to figure out the CSS causing the tick mark to be put up. Override it in you userWorkForm or application specific CSS
