Deleted case type from cloud exercise system

I have been doing exercise as part of System Essential course on cloud server. I believe it had Service case type pre built. I deleted it by mistake. Is there a way to recover it? I is not in recent rules. Is it possible to reset env to its first state?

the entry point moves around a bit based on the version of Pega, but go to Application > Development > Recent Actions

You might need to click View deleted rules, but from there you can restore a deleted rule.
