Selecting one Checkbox automatically changes the other checkboxes selection
Hi,
We have included 5 checkboxes in 5 dynamic layouts in a section, but on selecting one checkbox, the other checkboxes are getting selected automatically. We are facing this issue in our QA environment. In Dev it is working fine.
Can anyone please tell me why we are facing this issue and suggest the resolution

This is very weird. But, we need more data on this, like what are the actions on click of a checkbox, whether all the checkbox refers to same property.

Hi Rachit,
All the checkboxes refer to different properties and the property type is True/False.
We have added change event for this properties and actions --- Post value, running a Data transform, Refreshing other section and save.
It is working fine in Dev but we are facing issue in QA.

What is the version of pega used?
Are the checkbox properties of a page list/page group?
What is the behavior when you click on the checkbox instead of checkbox label?

Hi Hareesha,
Could you please inspect the DOM and check if the checkbox have same id .
Click f12 in browser and using inspector ,try to find the checkbox id's .
