How to interrogate Mainframe application using putty
Hi,
Please help me with how to interrogate mainframe application using putty.
what type of text adapter and DLL should use for this.?

Thank you so much for the reply so i can use only HOD or IBM Pcomm Emulator for Mainframe.

I am not positive about HOD, but PComm will work. Look to see if the emulator supports HLLAPI. Generally you can tell if you have an option to set a Short Session Name (it will be a single letter).
As far as I know, Putty doesn't support HLLAPI, so there is no text application support for it. You could use an emulator that supports HLLAPI and that should allow you to use a text adapter to connect to it.
