Integrate catalina.log to log4j2.xml

Hi,

We want to include catalina.log to log4j2.xml log so that catalina logs start rotating with log4j.
Can we do that? If yes, please share the syntax for the same.

It does not look like a good idea in my opinion to integrate the underlying tomcat log with Pega (I assume you mean prlog4j2.xml?) even if it is possible. You should check the apache tomcat website to see how that is done. I checked my local tomcat 9, it appears that catalina.out is already rotated daily by default. Normally tomcat specific logging is controlled by /conf/logging.properties.
