Hello,

Sorry to hear about the error.  Please try again by performing the following steps:

  • Log out of current Pega Academy sessions 
  • Close all active browser tabs/windows
  • Completely clear browser cache and cookies
  • Restart the browser and retry access to the course again from https://academy.pega.com/dashboard/online
  • If the issue persists try a different browser brand or start an Incognito session in Chrome and try again
