Our product support interrogation with all application as long as they are windows application. However, there might be limitation on how much you can achieve with interrogated control. We have seen customer unable to use interrogated Putty application to move files using FTP. 

From a brief google search, people had sucess using C# language web services library to move files. You can use our script to implement the methods and call in automation as required.
