Training VM not starting in VirtualBox
I am trying to install the VM to complete the class exercises and installed VirtualBox to run the VM per the Pega Academy user guide. When I got to start the VM, I get the following error:
Failed to open a session for the virtual machine C1225-1312.
The native API dll was not found (C:\Windows\system32\WinHvPlatform.dll) (VERR_NEM_NOT_AVAILABLE).
VT-x is disabled in the BIOS for all CPU modes (VERR_VMX_MSR_ALL_VMX_DISABLED).

Any ideas on what the issue may be?

You need to enable virtualization in your system’s BIOS.
If you are not sure how to do that, google: enable virtualization in BIOS for <your computer>
