Security Audit is not working for delete instance
Through Security Audit feature ,No instance is getting recorded in history table when deletion of the data instance . Upon deletion of the data instance the trigger activity (TrackSecurityChanges) is getting invoked using declare trigger .
As per observation : "pyChangeTrackingMemos" are not getting generated from TrackSecurityChangesLogic activity when instance is deleted so there is no entry in history table for deletion operation .
I see, the similar issue has been reported by other techie as well.

Hi Brahmesh,
What version of PRPC are you running? Are you seeing the memos for adds and updates? Do you see anything in the logs indicating that the memo for delete is failing?
