Authentication Service - SAMLAuth

Hi,

I have created an authentication service rule to enable web Single Sign-On (SAML SSO) in our application. We are going to upgrade the platform from 7.3.1 to 8.2.2. Will the integration work in the new version?

If I create a new application and in the ruleset stack I do not include the ruleset where the authentication service rule is saved, will the authentication work?

The existing SAMLAuth should continue working. FYI, there is a new authservice type of PRAuth introduced, which allows much simpler configuration, you should consider using it whenever possible.
