Collapsing threshold for Portal Navigation

Hello,

Depending on the screen size, the Portal Navigation (section on the left hand side that presents several options like Dashboard, My Work, Report,...) can show icons and labels or just icons. Where can I find the parameter that sets the threshold for collapsing or unfolding those labels?

I would start with looking at your skin, specifically the screen layout components and finding the one being used in your application and expanding the "left" layout options and playing with the responsive breakpoints there.
