PDN Activation

Hi Team,

I am unable to launch any traning courses and it is asking for Account confirmation an dto click th elink recived through email.But didn't received any email for the same.Could you please resend the link to my email or assist me in resolving the issue.

Our records reflect that an activation email has been sent on the 13th. Please verify if you have provided the correct email address.

If the email is the correct one, please try this -

  1. Log out of Pega Community/Academy
  2. Reset the password using 'forgot password' link 

This helps activating the account as well.
