Platform Support Guide - You are not authorized to access this page

Hi,

I'm trying to access the Platform Support Guide from the link below but I'm unable to do so as I get and authorization error. I have tried to log in and out and on different browsers with the same error.

Yes, that link is working.   If this is the correct link then the link i used is broken.  I click on Support--> Platform Support Guide to access it.
