Schema for full bix extract
Partial extracts (when you specify specific fields to extract) allow you to define a schema file for the output. That option goes away when you extract all objects. How can a schema/xsd be created for a full extract

Hi ,
You won't see an option for the schema generation if you select "get all properties".If you want full schema generation , you need to manually select all the properties from property configuration window.

Hi,
PRPC stores its objects in serialized form in pzPVStream BLOB column. Pega BIX extracts this representation if we use "get all properties" for XML output format and it doesn't have any predefined schema by design. so we will not get the option to get Schema(XSD) if we select the "get all properties" checkbox.To get schema(XSD) for full BIX extract we need to uncheck "get all properties" option and manually select all the properties from property Configurations window.

Hi - does the link describe functionality that is new to version 7.3.1? We are on 7.2.1 and when I create the DSS (and recycled the jvm as well), I still don't see an option for the schema generation.
