SOAP (Https) Connectivity issue from Robotics studio Service Client

Hi,

I'm trying to connect Robotic studio service client to SOAP service hosted on PRPC instance. I'm able to connect to the service when it's hosted as HTTP. But when same service is hosted on instance that is HTTPS it's failing to connect and fetch metadata in service Client.

I have attached error screenshot showing up on Robotic studio. please help.

Can you provide the PRPC server side log? How is https configured for the PRPC instance? Can you try to call the same endpoint using an independent SOAP client (e.g., SOAPUI)?

I'm able to connect and exchange request/response using SOAP UI. I even tried from different machine considering network/VPN issue but same error when invoking from Robotics studio service client. For server logs I would have to connect with Pega labs team as this is Pega cloud instance.

I will share the logs as soon as I have it.
