Platform Support guide not available

Hi, I'm not able to access below site:

Also, does anybody know if Pega 7.4 supports Java 11?

I believe you'll need to go to version 8 if you wish to use Java 11.

Excerpt from the Platform Support Guide: -

Pega Infinity™ supports Java 8 and will support Java 11 when it becomes available (currently scheduled for late September 2018).  Java 9 is out of support as of March 2018, and Java 10 is out of support as of September 2018, so those versions are not being certified with Pega Infinity.
