RealTime DataFlow Service Call

Hello ,

I saw a post the reply to below post

https://community1.pega.com/community/pega-support/question/real-time-and-batch-data-flow-run-different-nodes

In the above post, it was suggested to use the service in the data set to call from a service. But When you create a data set, the stream has an ip associated to it which is the node you log in. I have two questions.

1. Can we have an alias here instead of an IP as the nodes keep changing.

2. When this same data set is used multiple realtime data flows how does the service invoking take place? Does it invoke all data flows?

Which version of Pega re you using ?

Also the post that you have shared is related to the DataFlow service under decisisoning landing page.

Are you looking for assigning nodes for realtime DF processing ?

Also could you further clarify your query on dataset , what type of dataset is it ?
