Print Harness

Hi,

I am trying to print the case information using the OOTB "printView" harness for which I have saved this harness into my respective -Work class. Clicking it launches a pop-up which displays the case information but the print dialogue prints out an empty page.

Appreciate any assistance on this. Thanks

Hi,

 

Could you try the following.

In the Harness which you are printing, advanced tab > select checbox > workarea (inner).
