Pega Machine does not work

Hello everybody, I have a problem with my Personal Pega Machine.

When I try to do some exercises, (the url is https://paex38-ap.pegacloud.io/prweb/beEBp4uRVTogorRwSwWqbKQhhojtVn9i8nmfoptqiDLhIN4rgLcILoOz-L4BYG5f*/!STANDARD) the following message appears.

Can someone help me ?

This is usually a caching issue, when one or more browsers are being used to login to Pega Academy. Please try the following steps:

  1. Log out of all current Academy sessions
  2. Close all active browser tabs/windows based on the browser used in Step 1
  3. Completely clear browser cache and cookies
  4. Restart browser and try again
  5. If issue persists try a different browser brand or start an Incognito session in Chrome and attempt to replicate the issue.
