RPA Queue case fetch order

Hi All,

  1. How can the case fetch order can be defined for Robo queue - case fetch ( LIFO , FIFO etc…)
  2. Do we have a way to provide the case details to Robo via JSON response instead of the OOTB case details response, if so at which spot the service call has to be configured
