Hello,

This is a function working with a text field and returning everything which coming before the first given character.

For example, if your string contains ABCD$EFGH, you could say return whatcomesbeforefirst using the "$" character and you will get ABCD

Returns the portion of string1 that comes before the first occurrence of the specified character. If that character is not in the string, returns whole string.

ex @String.whatComesBeforeFirst("ZZZ!AAA","!") it will return ZZZ
