MSOutlookMail Issue - "The item is moved or deleted"

There is error as "The item is moved or deleted" while using MSOutlookMail.

Observations: Though we get this issue the mail is send correctly. This mostly happens while integration project with main solution.

we observe when we run integrated solution it runs twice. Anticipating that this issue is also because of two execution. When the second tries to access or send outlook mail  the first run already sends the mail.

Any idea? Any other cause - Please someone help out.

What version of Pega is in use?

Is this related to a specific framework / strategic application?

What exactly do you mean when you say you are using MSOutlookMail? Does that mean you're connecting to a Microsoft exchange server or something else?
