System Architect Essentials Version 8 -- Exercise System - Error 503
Hello. I recently downloaded the exercise system referred to within the System Architect Essentials Version 8 course. In following the documented VM User Guide I repeatedly receive '503 Service Unavailable' when attempting to follow the Logging into Pega instructions. In other words, after I enter the URL from the VM into Chrome and press enter I receive the 503 error. Can you help please? Thank you.

The 503 error code means your host browser is connected to the guest, but the Tomcat service (the app server Pega runs in) is not running; so this is not a network config issue.
With these VMs, the tomcat service typically falls over when there is not enough RAM allocated to the VM. You must have at least 8GB allocated to the VM.
