VM does not work

Hello, I downloaded the vm of cssa 7.4 C0916.ova and try to import in vm.

It stuck for so long at Starting sendmail stage. as attached.

Kindly advise me

Hmm ... out of curiosity, how much RAM is on your system, and how much is allocated to the VM (in VirtualBox: Machine > Settings > System > Motherboard)?
