Error while logging into Frame application which is assigned to customer ID (Pega 8.1)

Hi Team,

Today i am facing issue while using the pega8.1 version personal edition. Once i create any framework application assigned to one operator ID and tried to login with operator id where the frame work application is assigned got the attached error message.

Please find the error message in attached screenshot. Please help me to resolve this issue.

Do you see any error messages in logs? Can you please provide us error stack trace in logs for further analysis?
