Pega personal edition is not working on my pc

I recently installed pega 7.2.1 personal edition on my pc. But its not working. Its throwing below error. Could someone connect with me and help me to fix.

Please check the following: 

1. Is pega platform running? Please check if the process is running and also please check PegaRules.log if the startup was successful?

2. Please try that URL: http://localhost:8080/prweb Please check on different browser. 

3. If there will be still a problem, please provide PegaRules.log
