HFix-30989 needed for 7.3.1 as well?

Hi,When i try to use .svg file in the image control, it is not displaying in the User Interface. I found the below article in PDN.

But this HFix is for 7.1.9. But we are using 7.3.1, still the same issue exists, is it not fixed in 7.3.1 also? If yes, how can i get this Hotfix installed?

I have checked and this issue is logged as having been fixed in Pega 7.3 so there is not a Hotfix available for 7.3.1.  

If you think that this really is the same issue then I would suggest that you open an SR with all the details.
