HI ,

we are now on 7.19 and planning to move to 7.3.1 .We are using Split schema . we are palnning to update the Rule shema first and then data schema to 7.3.1 . and have both the 7.1.9 version of app ( in a different app sever) and 7.3.1 version of app server connect to new updated Data Schema . and we want to do that because we want to have % of Frontline Agents working out of upgraded application than all and giving rest frontline Agents to work out of 7.1.9 version of App .

Is this feasilble from settings perspective and will 7.1.9 version of application can work with 7.3.1 data schema?
