Does SAi provide any OOTB feature to place outbound calls

Our client is implementing Sales Automation for Insurance 7.4 -aka- SAi 7.4

They have the following requirement...

The Sales executives should be able to place outbound calls from 'Sales portal'. These calls are made to leads or opportunities to convince them to buy the insurance products.

Kindly let us know what should be our approach. Does SAi provide any OOTB feature to place outbound calls.

Hi Vignesh,

Sales Automation horizontal has already providing CTI integration, so we can make outbound calls through Pega CTI integration.
