iOS Safari controls unresponsive with Web Mashup
Hi,
We have this problem:
when we load a Web Mashup on iOS (Safari) occasionally (one out of ten page load) the controls are unresponsive (unable to select a radio button or open a dropdown). Page seems loaded correctly and controls look active but they don't work.
It may be unrelated but in the logs we found this entry: "Safari version is not a number".
We are on Pega 7.3
Any suggestion?

Hello Naveen,
Our pzpega_ui_events_infra.js version is 07-10-31.
I've seen this article https://community.pega.com/support/support-articles/mobile-app-hangs-after-ipad-locked-and-idle-10-minutes which suggests the same hotfix you mentioned. Our issue seems a little different but I think it's worth a try, I'll let you know if it works.

May I know what is the rulset version of RULE-FILE-TEXT WEBWB PZPEGA_UI_EVENTS_INFRA!JS - Pega-UIEingine ?
Please raise an SR, this is known issue. there is already a hotfix available but it is compatible for Pega 7.3.1.
Hotfix : HFix-45269
You may request for backport of hotfix.
