Where should I specify Access Deny rule?
Hi,
I know we can specify Access When rule in ARO.
It seems any string (not number) is associated with Access When. Is that correct? If that is the case, where can I specify Access Deny? Not in ARO instance?

Help only says "Best practice: Use Access Manager to deny authorization instead of working directly with the fields in this tab." My original question was not about Access Manager but in ARO instance how exactly can I specify Access When. Are both Access When and Access Deny supposed to be shown in the dropdown in ARO rule? To me it looks like Pega only displays Access When rule instance but not Access Deny. Hope this clarifies my original question.

ARO does exactly opposite of Access Deny. You can have Access when in both ARO and Access Deny, but you cant have Access Deny in ARO.
ARO grants the access and Access Deny denies the access.
