Connect-Rest while running in queue mode showing error FailError: You lack access required to execute Rule-Connect-REST.Invoke

Hi, I have created a connector (rest) rule with Processing Option as Queue. When I am calling Connect-Rest method from an activity with Run mode as "Queue". But instance is staying in Broken-Process items and the error message is "FailError: You lack access required to execute Rule-Connect-REST.Invoke". Can anyone help me out on this one? Another question; I am seeing ProcessConnectQueue agent in Pega-IntSvcs ruleset as "Advanced" agent, which means that it requires access group to run. Why it has been configured as advanced agent if it takes items from queue (System-Queue-ExecutionRequest-Connect-Default)
