For Each Loop - Embedded Pages Not Working

I am trying to use a for each embedded page and passing a Code-Pega-List page as the step page.

Pega throws this error even though I am referencing a list already. Please see attachments.

Invalid expression or reference: When used with a For Each block, the Step page should reference a list or group property
