NotFutureDate edit validate - which region time does it consider

Hi,

I am using the 'NotFutureDate' edit validate rule in our application, to check if the date is in future. Not sure, which region of current time will be considered to check future date. bcz my users are in Australia and some user will be from India, so how this check with happen during timezone change.

NotFutureDate edit validate does not respect the client locale. It validates only with the server locale.
